Already well known for rugged and precise weighing instruments, A&D are launching a new Checkweigher and Metal Detector range, designed and made in Japan. Adding to our locally customised checkweighers, this new system is modular, dust and water proof, easy to assemble, and provides a high level of performance, all at a low entry price.
The new EZI-Check™ checkweigher has been designed innovatively from the ground up. A&D Japan have adapted their high speed DSP technology (utilised in the Japanese Automotive Testing sector) to simplify traditional checkweigher design so that it costs less to manufacture and is easier to install than current systems.

DO YOU MEASURE UP?
The launch of our new EZI-Check™ range coincides with the roll-out of increased inspection and audit requirements from one of Australia's leading supermarket chains. Suppliers of products bearing the supermarket brand will now have requirements to 100% checkweigh and metal detect those products, with audits typically twice a year. If you have not done so already, make sure you are in touch with your key supply chain contacts to see how the new quality documents apply to your products and process; as the specifics are very detailed and vary for different product categories.
